Support Upgrade

Hi ,

Thank you for upgrading for support and mentoring option.

You will now find that the Forum tab is now open to you and you can ask for help and support when you need it as well as participating in the regular Q&A sessions. I will send you an email of the next Q&A and how you can assess it. I usually reply quite quickly, however, if I am away speaking, running event or on vacation you will have to be patient. If I am going to be away for more than a few days I will leave a note to inform you of when I will return in the forum.

Answering your questions…

If your question need a more full answer I may choose to answer your question via the Q&A session so everyone can benefit from it as I record most of my session (although I do forget to record the occasional one).

I look forward to speaking with you VERY shortly.
